Tim Wadsworth has been an Alpharetta resident since 1986. After graduating with a degree in Finance from Florida State University, Tim started from the grassroots level of his family’s hardwood flooring distributorship and gradually ascended the ranks to oversee various aspects of the back office and operational management. In 2005, the company was sold to an outside distributor and Tim remained on board for the next 18 years.

During that period Tim was involved in different aspects of multiple company back offices, operations, inventory control, decision-making, and planning. His tenure witnessed pivotal transitions such as the integration of advanced technologies like cloud-based solutions, which he managed and implemented to modernize the company’s older, traditional framework.

As part of a larger organization with U.S. locations coast to coast, Tim was involved in complex issues and problem-solving opportunities. He managed multiple payroll processing implementations, banking changes, and accounting system implementations. Tim also took the lead in helping the company transition from a paper and pen model to a cloud-based solution. Through these experiences, Tim realized his passion is to help small businesses run smoother and more efficiently.

When not working, Tim loves to travel with his family and friends. Always on the lookout for a flight deal or point redemption to make sure there is always another adventure on the horizon.
